adequate but check-in was a mess
late check-in missed call
the location was good near the tube station.
my check-in was far from smooth i booked a 1pm check-in but the room wasn't ready a previous guest occupied it. they promised a call when it was available but it never came. i attended my meetings expecting the call but heard nothing they charged me for the room regardless.

the staff were kind and helpful.
I booked a room and selected a 1pm check in. It was a disaster. the room wasn't ready because someone was still in it. they said they would call when it was ready, but they didn't. even worse, i was still charged for the room!!!
